Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy
These terms cover every porta potty, restroom trailer and hand washing station rented from Sean Rental Works. In short: pay at booking, cancel free up to 24 hours before delivery, job-site rentals renew every 28 days until you call for pickup, and the renter covers damage beyond normal wear.
Booking and payment
Rentals are paid in full by debit or credit card at booking, from a texted or emailed invoice you sign electronically. Business accounts may apply for invoice terms after the first 28-day cycle. Tax is added unless a valid Tennessee exemption certificate is on file.
Rental periods and renewal
Event rentals cover the period from delivery to the next-business-day pickup shown on your invoice. Construction and long-term rentals bill in 28-day cycles with weekly service included and renew automatically until you request pickup. A cycle that has started is billed in full.
Delivery, access and placement
Deliveries and pickups run on weekdays between 7 AM and 5 PM; exact times can't be promised. The renter provides a level, reachable spot with a clear path at least 4 feet wide (about 8 feet for accessible units and trailers), unlocked gates or codes, and permission to place the unit on the property. If a delivery or service cannot be completed because of blocked access, a trip charge may apply. Units placed in a street or public right-of-way require the renter to obtain any approval needed.
Servicing
Job-site rentals include one service visit per week. Event rentals arrive cleaned and stocked; mid-rental service is added on request. Extra visits are billed per visit.
Cancellations and changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours may keep the delivery charge if the truck is routed. Additions and changes can be made up to 24 hours before delivery, subject to availability.
Damage and responsibility
Normal wear is ours. The renter is responsible for loss, theft, vandalism, fire, graffiti, vehicle impact or tipping while the unit is on site, and for keeping hazardous materials out of the tank. Sean Rental Works is not responsible for minor marks to lawns, driveways or landscaping from delivery equipment.
Pickup and ending a rental
Event units are picked up the next business day after the rental. Job-site units stay until you call or text (615) 237-2507 for pickup; billing ends with the current cycle.
