Sean Rental Works collects only the details needed to quote and schedule a rental: your ZIP code, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size and phone number. The details are used to contact you about your rental and are never sold.
What we collect
Through the quote form: delivery ZIP, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size and phone number. When you book: name, delivery address, email and payment details entered on the invoice payment page. Phone calls and texts to (615) 237-2507 may be logged for scheduling.
How form data is handled
Quote form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it to us. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor on the invoice page and are not stored on this website.
How we use it
To quote, schedule delivery, service and pickup, send invoices and confirmations, and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use basic analytics to count visits, calls and form submissions per page. This website does not use advertising cookies.
Retention and your choices
Quote requests that don't become rentals are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting.
