How should I prepare the spot before delivery?
Prepare a firm, level spot about 4 by 4 feet for each standard unit, with a path at least 4 feet wide and about 7.5 feet of overhead clearance. Mark it with a cone, flag or chalk X. The service truck should be able to park within about 15 feet of the units.

What do I do during the rental?

How do I end the rental and stop billing?
Event rentals end automatically with a pickup scheduled for the next business day. Job-site rentals keep renewing every 28 days until you call or text dispatch for pickup, so call when the job is done. The pickup clears the unit, and billing stops at the end of the current cycle.

Questions renters ask
Will the driver call before they come?
Drivers call about 30 to 60 minutes before arriving. Add a note like "after 9 AM" or "call the site lead" when you book.
Can you give me a time for delivery?
Routes are built the morning of delivery, so an exact hour can't be promised. Weekday deliveries run between 7 AM and 5 PM.
If there's a lock, do I need to be there to get the key?
The free hasp takes your own padlock, so no key is exchanged. You lock it after delivery.
Do I have to call for pickup, or will they just come get it?
Event units are picked up automatically the next business day. Job-site units stay until you call or text for pickup.
Can I call you back to tell you where I want it placed?
Call, text a photo with an X on it, or add a note to the booking any time before the delivery day.
