Porta potty rental in Lascassas: route and timing
Lascassas is about 14 miles northeast of the Sean Rental Works yard, out Lascassas Pike (TN-96) past Compton Road. A porta potty can reach Lascassas the same weekday when you call before 12:00 PM and a truck is open. Restroom trailers need 3–6 weeks of notice.
Lascassas Pike is the main way in, so most stops are quick. Farms down Alsup Mill or Spain Hill Road take a bit longer.
For a Saturday event, the unit drops Thursday or Friday and comes back Monday at no extra charge.
Barn weddings and family reunions in Lascassas
Lascassas barn weddings and reunions often run 6 to 8 hours on open farmland with no indoor restrooms. A restroom trailer gives guests flushing toilets and sinks, but the Lascassas site needs a level spot to back it in, a 110-volt, 20-amp outlet or generator, and a garden hose.
- Restroom trailer: book 3–6 weeks ahead
- Standard units: book 1–2 weeks ahead for May–June and fall weekends
- Add hand washing stations when food is served
See our wedding restroom rental page for trailer setup.

How many units for a Lascassas party?
Sean Rental Works' planning method for a 4–8 hour Lascassas party is 1 standard unit per 35 guests, rounded up. Add 1 unit for every 4 if alcohol is served, 1 wheelchair-accessible unit per group, and 1 hand washing station per 4 units. A 100-guest Lascassas reunion needs 3 standard units.
| Guests | Units | With alcohol |
|---|---|---|
| 70 | 2 | 3 |
| 100 | 3 | 4 |
| 150 | 5 | 7 |
Add the wheelchair-accessible unit on top. The porta potty calculator covers longer events.
Job site units for Lascassas farm builds
Lascassas home and barn builds use our 28-day job site plan with weekly service. Each Lascassas visit pumps the 60-gallon tank, cleans the unit, restocks paper and refills sanitizer. The truck should park within about 15 feet, so set the unit near the drive, not out in the pasture.
Lascassas is unincorporated, so a unit on your own land needs no permit. County building questions go to the Rutherford County Building Codes Department.
Questions renters ask
Can you get a restroom trailer to a barn venue off Lascassas Pike?
Sean Rental Works delivers restroom trailers to Lascassas barns and farms. The spot must be level enough to back into, with a 110-volt, 20-amp outlet or generator and a garden hose nearby.
We're having 120 people at a reunion on Alsup Mill Road. How many porta potties?
A 120-guest reunion lasting 4–8 hours needs 4 standard units under our planning method, plus 1 wheelchair-accessible unit and a hand washing station. Add 1 more standard unit if beer or wine is served.
Do you charge more to drive out past Twelve Corners?
Delivery pricing is based on distance from the Murfreesboro yard, so the quote lists delivery and pickup as separate lines. Send the full address for an exact number.
What does a 2-stall restroom trailer cost for a Saturday wedding?
A 2-stall restroom trailer for an event usually runs about $1,100–$1,900. Your itemized quote is final and depends on ZIP, dates, unit and quantity.
Where should the toilet go so your truck can pump it at our farm?
Set the unit on firm, close-to-level ground within about 15 feet of where a truck can park. Gravel by the barn or drive works well; soft pasture after rain does not.
Can I put a lock on the toilet at my build site?
Sean Rental Works adds a lockable hasp free on request. Bring your own padlock and give the code or a key to the service driver.
